Managers and supervisors those with health and safety responsibilities need to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses and to develop a safety culture in the workplace. He started his career as Occupational Health practicioner at PT. Ekspan Kalimantan, he later became Chief Medical Officer and then Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Coordinator at PT.
