Tujuan Pelaksanaan:

  1. Menganalisa sistem yang telah diterapkan dan membandingkannya dengan persyaratan OHSAS 18001.
  2. Mengidentifikasi kelemahan atau kekurangan Sistem Manajemen K3 di perusahaan.
  3. Merencanakan program penerapan OHSAS 18001 secara lebih terperinci.

Pendekatan:

  1. Melaksanakan 1 hari management meeting dan documentation review untuk mengetahui secara keseluruhan struktur organisasi dan bisnis proses.
  2. Melaksanakan 1 hari audit keseluruh bagian di perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan Sistem Manajemen K3 di Perusahaan dibandingkan dengan persyaratan OHSAS 18001.
  3. Memberikan usulan program kerja penerapan OHSAS 18001 yang terperinci.

Output :

  1. Laporan Pre-audit Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja yang berisi ketidaksesuaian Sistem Manajemen K3 perusahaan terhadap standard OHSAS 18001, termasuk rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan.
  2. Rekomendasi area Sistem Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang menjadi fokus pebaikan oleh Konsultan bersama-sama dengan ‘TIM OHSAS’ Perusahaan .

FASE PELATIHAN PEMAHAMAN STANDARD OHSAS 18001 DAN SISTEM DOKUMENTASI

Tujuan Pelaksanaan :

  1. Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khususnya kepada TIM OHSAS mengenai persyaratan OHSAS 18001 dan strategi penerapannya.

Pendekatan :

  1. Memberikan 2 hari training OHSAS 18001.
  2. Peserta training OHSAS tidak hanya akan mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai persyaratan OHSAS 18001 yang disertai contoh-contoh nyata berdasarkan hasil Pre-audit Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, melainkan juga teknik-teknik untuk dapat menerapkan persyaratan yang ada

Output:

  1. Training Pemahaman OHSAS 18001
  2. Tindak Lanjut di akhir training OSHAS, konsultan OHSAS akan membantu TIM OHSAS dalam membuat rencana  training OHSAS 18001 kepada seluruh karyawan.
  3. Pelatihan Dokumentasi Sistim Mutu.
  4. Tujuan:
  • Membantu memberikan pemahaman kepada TIM OHSAS mengenai persyaratan dokumentasi· berdasarkan OHSAS 18001.

FASE PERENCANAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA

Kedalaman dan keluasan aktivitas ini tergantung pada rekomendasi Pre-audit. Konsultan OHSAS bersama-sama dengan ‘TIM OHSAS’ untuk kemudian membuat perencanaan terinci mengenai area penerapan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Program fasilitasi akan diberikan oleh Konsultan OHSAS dalam mengembangkan Sistem Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berdasarkan standard OHSAS 18001.

FASE TRAINING INTERNAL AUDIT OHSAS 18001:2007

Tujuan Pelaksanaan:

  1. Training OHSAS Internal Auditor akan memberikan teknik serta keahlian kepada tim auditor dalam melaksanakan audit termasuk: manajemen audit, perencanaan audit, pelaksanaan audit, serta pelaporan audit

Pendekatan :

  1. Memberikan 2 hari training “Audit Internal OHSAS 18001:2007”
  2. Membantu tim audit internal OHSAS dalam mengadakan audit. Konsultan OHSAS akan memberikan hasil observasi kepada tim audit sebagai bahan masukan untuk perbaikan diri.
  3. Membantu Perusahaan dalam melaksanakan tindakan perbaikan atas masalah yang ditemukan sewaktu audit.

Output:

  1. Diakhir training Audit Internal OHSAS akan diadakan ujian, dan hasilnya akan diberikan kepada Manajemen sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan personal Tim Audit Internal (Tim AMI). Sertifikat pelatihan ini akan diberikan kepada seluruh peserta pelatihan

FASE PENERAPAN OHSAS 18001:2007

Pada fase ini Perusahaan harus menerapkan seluruh Sistem Manajemen K3 yang telah ditetapkan secara efektif dan konsisten sesuai persyaratan OHSAS 18001. Pada fase ini dilakukan juga tahapan Audit Internal (akan dibimbing oleh Konsultan OHSAS) dan Tinjauan Manajemen.

FASE FINAL ASSESSMENT OHSAS 18001:2007

Konsultan OHSAS akan mendampingi Perusahaan pada saat Badan Sertifikasi mengaudit sistem yang berjalan.

However one can not ignore that many of these chemicals may, especially if not properly used, endanger our health and poison our environment. It has been estimated that approximately one thousand new chemicals come onto the market every year, and about 100.000 chemical substances are used on a global scale.
These chemicals are usually found as mixtures in commercial products. One to two million such products or trade names exists in most industrialized countries. More substances and rising production mean more storage, transport, handling, use and disposal of chemicals. The whole lifecycle of a chemical should be considered when assessing its dangers and benefits.
The environment may be affected, chemicals may pollute the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat. They may have entered into forests and lakes, destroying wildlife and changing the ecosystems. Chemicals are not all of equal concern. The assessment of health risks of chemical substances is a continuous process where information of the chemical hazards is made available through a variety of sources. Remember: chemicals have power, and that is why they have become an important part of our life. Respect that power and handle them with care.

OBJECTIVES
